By using Asq (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content of your calls and for ensuring you have any required consent to record or transcribe. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or abuse our systems (e.g. excessive automated requests).
Subscription and payment
Paid plans (Pro) are billed via Stripe. Fees are as stated at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (see Stripe or email info@echodigital.ca).
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated suggestions (questions and answers) are for assistance only and do not constitute legal, career, or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Asq and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.
